Getting Ready for the Outside World (GROW)

Parents are always concerned about what their teenage child is going to do when leaving school. Especially if their child may not be able to access a traditional college or university course. Multkids therefore devised a two or three year programme that focuses primarily on life-long learning, with opportunities for meaningful career progression through counselling and work experience.  Building Talent is one of our core values and we see our learners graduate with skills for life as well as having developed a skill that they can carry into a vocational placement, or college setting. School leavers have moved onto fashion, catering and IT Colleges, into self employed design businesses, hair and beauty careers,  support care assistants in a school setting,  and  photography, media and film careers.
